Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Provia Career, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are offered by [Legal company name to be confirmed by the business owner], [Registered company address to be confirmed by the business owner], which should be confirmed by the business owner before publication.

Provia Career is an interview-practice platform that lets you practice text, voice, and video interview scenarios, upload a CV to receive tailored questions, and receive AI-generated feedback and progress tracking.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Authenticated access relies on Supabase session validation.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including your CV, onboarding answers, and interview responses ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and use it solely to provide and improve the service to you (for example, generating interview questions and feedback).

You must only upload documents and content you have the right to submit. Uploaded CVs are stored in a private, user-specific storage location and can be deleted at any time from Data & Privacy Settings.

Interview questions, scores, and feedback are generated using automated and AI-assisted tools. They are provided for practice purposes only, are not professional career, legal, psychological, or employment advice, and do not guarantee any interview or job outcome. You are responsible for how you use this feedback in real interviews or job applications.

• Do not upload malicious files or content you are not permitted to provide, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, records, or files, or otherwise bypass or interfere with the service's security.
• Do not misuse data export, deletion, or account features, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our prior written consent.

The Provia Career name, logo, software, and platform design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Some features may currently require joining a waitlist and may later be offered under paid plans. Pricing, billing, refund, and cancellation terms, if and when paid plans are introduced, will be described separately and should be confirmed by the business owner before publication.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Data & Privacy Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for interview or employment outcomes resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Venue and dispute-resolution details should be confirmed by the business owner.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
